Lisa Richardson

Founder & Managing Director

Lisa is the keystone that bonds the KCH, its principals, and staff alike, one that sets the standards for all to follow. A former RMN with 25 years combined experience working for the NHS and specialist care providers - Lisa promotes the ethos of delivering the absolute best of domiciliary home care standards.

Tony Richardson

Director & Nominated Person

Tony has over 40 years experience in the management and implementation of processes & procedures related to Quality and Safety (QHSE), his expertise will filter down to the benefit of our clients and one which is key to the role of Nominated Person as set down by the CQC. Whilst Tony does not primarily involve himself in the Personal Care side of day-to-day activities - he does where male companionship is an option.

Denise Shepherd

Deputy Manager

Denise, who has over 30 years care management experience, has demonstrated unswerving dedication to the care industry. A qualified RN & Carer, Denise assures absolute discretion and possesses the caring and discerning nature required to benefit and fulfill the personal needs of our clients.

Vicci Haythorne

Business Administrator

A multi-faceted manager with a background in Business Administration. Skilled in planning, quality assurance, commercial applications, and HR; Vicci plays a vital role that supports senior management and the field caring staff on day-to-day administrative requirements.
